High season: from the first Saturday in June to the last Saturday in September as well as the 15 days of Easter and Christmas.

GENERAL RENTAL TERMS

1. The rental terms refer to the lease of holiday home at the prices described apart. The minimum rental period consists of 15 days from Saturday to Saturday, or of periods multiple of the week. (We will occasionally consider shorter rental periods case by case).
2. Reservations must be taken by the office of tenuta di Camugliano tel. 0587 732390 fax 0587 736077 E-Mail info@villavotanidi.com . Reservations will be valid only at the following conditions:
   1. Clients must fill out the attached reservation-form. This form is mandatory
   2. An equivalent of 30% of the total amount due must be paid in advance if the reservation is made within 60 days before the actual rental starts.
   3. The balance of the total amount due must be paid within 30 days before the rental starts. In case of reservation made 60 days before the beginning of the rental period the client must pay the whole amount.
   4. Payments can be made through transfer on an account that will be specified by the lessor.
   Reservations made by fax or telephone remain valid for a week, the out-filled form together with the amount due must be sent to us within this time or the reservation will be invalid.
3. Once the payment is received we will send back a reservation slip that must be shown at your arrival to get access to the villa and that will be valid only for the registered nominatives and for the period of time specified on it. Such reservation slip cannot be yield to others and people above the number specified on the slip will not be allowed.
4. Arrivals are always scheduled within 4.00pm and 8.00pm and departures must happen within 10.00am.
5. A security of $5000 or €5000 must be given to the lessor, or whom for him, and will be returned to the renters before their departure except if necessary for money retained due to damages done to the house or extras not included in the contract such as heating or telephone.
6. The villa is given to the renter tidy and clean. A description of eventual damages already present is supplied to the renter. Should any previously-done damage not be reported in such description, it must be reported to the lessor immediately after entering the villa. If the renter leaves without having reported the damage to a person who is in charge of the villa any eventual right of refund will be lost.
7. If the reservation is cancelled by the renter he will be refunded the amount paid, except:
   30% of the total if the cancellation is made within 60 days before staying.
   100% if the cancellation is made within 59 days before staying.
   Cancellations must be presented in written form and sent by fax, mail or E-Mail.
   
8. Shouldn't it be possible to make the villa available that would be only due to circumstances that go beyond the lessor's will.
9. Any legal controversy is agreed as being exclusive competence of the Pisa Forum (foro di Pisa). Signing of the reservation-form and the reservation itself imply being aware of all the rental terms as well as acceptance without any reserve of the same terms and clauses as listed herein. The person subscriber of this form will be held responsible for the rented villa.
10. Heating, telephone, fax and any extra service not indicated in the description of the villa are not included.
11. 11) As already specified in the description animals are not permitted. Undeclared animals will lead to invalidation of the reservation and to the loss of any refund.

14. Pool opening period generally goes form 1st of June to 30th of September, and is dependent to weather conditions. Heating will be active only for the periods specified by the Italian law.
